I went from being a colored redhead to a blonde, and this treatment saved my dignity (and appearance). I was so self-conscious of my hair (I believe when your hair is healthy and clean you feel fabulous) that I didn't go to the shops or to the gym. I washed my hair with silver shampoo and applied the John Frieda Hi-Impact Vibrancy Restoring Deep Conditioner, left it in, sometimes overnight and sometimes for a few hours (once in every 2 weeks), and BOOOM my hair was soft and shiny. I was feeling fabulous again. Really a great product.
