I use this product about every 3 months. I am naturally blonde and I have never dyed my hair. Instead I use this product and it has helped me keep my natural color.
Its very easy to use and definitely makes a difference to your hair color. I spray it on my roots and I can see results. I have been using it for about 5 years and I will continue to use it as long as I can.
