This is by FAR my favorite product from the John Frieda Frizz Ease range! I have been using it for a month and im loving its effectiveness.
It saves me so much time in the mornings whilst getting ready for work. I no longer have to re-straighten my hair every morning which is a dream for me.
I apply about 15 sprays onto my freshly washed and damp hair before blow drying. I then seal it with my GHD and its as simple as that.
