This product is worth every cent!!

I love using it especially the day after I have my hair re-coloured

Most brands have a conditioning treatment geared towards blondes as our hair is usually more damaged than our brunette counterparts. I've used my fair share of leave in conditioners and this is by FAR my favourite. It doesn't have an overwhelming scent and the texture is pretty much what you'd expect but the after-feel is what makes this product so great. It manages to smooth and bind the hair, making it feel thicker and healthier. This is the first product I've used that I've found a true difference in the texture my hair over time. Most conditioners coat my hair but don't really replenish the strands and the condition of my hair has never really improved. However, this treatment has been my life-saver and one I will continue to repurchase over and over again!

This is an absolutely fantastic product and certainly a must have for all the ladies who have blonde in their hair!!!!
TIP: don't use too much product on your hair. A little goes a very very long way!
Apply a minimal amount and comb through, then leave for 3-5 mins (or 15 mins 1 x a week for a full and luxurious moisture surge!!) and rinse out very well!
The price of the product is R110 for a tub and from my calculations you could easily get at least 15-20 applications.
For light blondes and platinum blondes (like meeee!), i highly recommend the 15 minute deep treatment. The product is worth every single cent!

I'm always worried that hair masks and treatments will leave my hair feeling weighed down or oily afterward but the John Frieda® Sheer Blonde ® Conditioning Treatment does the exact opposite! My hair felt so light and fresh! And it really helped get rid of the dryness and split ends caused by colouring and styling. This treatment gives hair that silky soft feeling that it usually has when you leave the salon!
I only needed to use just less than a teaspoon amount of the treatment only mid length down though), twice a week.. so it should last at least 6 months.. which is such good value at only R95!
I have only had time to leave it in for less than 3 minutes before rinsing, but I am keen to see the results when I have the chance to leave it in for the 15 mins (once a week) that the instructions suggest! conditioning treatments are a must for blondes that colour their hair.. and I would highly recommend this one!

I bought sheer blonde hair treatment form John Frieda as I normally use their shampoo and conditioner. Excellent treatment! works on any blonde hair, coloured or not, repairs damaged hair and leaves it soft and shiny. I have wavy/curly hair and it leaves it smooth and very manageable. They recommend once a week use, but can be used more if hair very damaged. Do not use every day as it may leave hair oily. Very nice product, that lasts at least 4 months if used on long hair.
