This compact contains four concealers: lilac - to add a healthy glow and to reduce dark spots and yellow undertones pink - to hide imperfections and to improve the dull under-eye area apricot - to reduce dullness on cheek and browbones yellow - to reduce redness on the face and t-zones How to use: Dot on product and blend on areas that need perfecting, prior to applying foundation. The formula of this is quite thin so you need to dab on quite a bit for it to correct any flaws. This was my first sort of color correcting compact so was new to the whole concept. The guide is on the box, but once i lost my box, i forgot which color goes where - so some instruction at the back of the compact would have been great. A mirror definitely would have been nice. It's ok I guess, they no longer make it though

I wish I could have more positive things to say about this palette as I was so excited when I purchased it. But it just doesn’t do what it promised. Granted, I have some serious dark circles! The formulation is just not thick enough to really have an impact. It does work better if applied over your foundation though. My favourite of the four, is the lilac corrector as I found that it did help to brighten my skin. If you don’t have any major skin issues/flaws that you would like to correct /conceal, you can give this palette a try. Unfortunately it didn’t cut it for me.

This is quite a handy little palette and good to have in your "knock em dead" arsenal. Two draw-backs are that the correctors dont last all day and that the compact is missing a mirror, so it makes touch ups a bit clonky if you dont have access to a mirror. Also there isnt a guide to using the concealers on the compact, so if you are just getting started with this product it may be a little clumsy to use at first while you keep checking the box for which is best used where.
