This eyeliner is a beauty enthusiast staple! A must have for anyone looking for a creamy, pigmented gel eyeliner that dries down perfectly matte. A warning for first-time purchasers - work with caution with this liner because it will NOT budge once it dries down!
It's my favourite amongst gel liners.
I wouldn't advise buying this without buying the Duraline solution as well because the liner does dry out, but it performs so well that you don't even mind it!
