Want to get the most out of your pigment shadows? In this video I show you exactly how to do just that :)
Step 1: Place half a teaspoon on pigment shadows onto a old CD cover.
Step 2: Spritz a few sprays of clean water on your pigments.
Step 3: Mix water with pigment shadows using the brush you'll be applying the pigment to your face.
Step 4: Apply pigments to your face. ( eyes, cheeks, lips etc.)
