It is a matt bronzer that is effective and long-lasting. The initial outlay is steep but it lasts for ages making it value for money.

I don't like the little brush that comes with it, it is smelly and ineffective. It feels quite cheap in comparison to the rest of the product.

I use it around the edges of my face, and on my cheekbones. It is not my favorite item in my makeup bag in the sense that it doesn't excite me. It is just a product that does what it says it does without surprise.

I use this in my everyday makeup routine. I actually use the brush to blend out my cream contour and use a powder brush to blend the bronzer. The Hoola bronzer works great when setting cream contour. It also performs well for just giving the skin some warmth on its own. Definitely a must have product!

Benefit is PRICEY but dear GOD DOES IT WORK. This is a lovely matte bronzer suitable for most skin tones (except for darker skin tones, it's a downright shame that all these brands practice so much white-washing). It has a lovely coconut scent to it that smells like a sun-kissed holiday. Blends like a dream, not patchy, perfect for warming up the contours of the face. For paler girls, there's a lighter version. Because it's matte, I also like to use it on a fluffy eye shadow brush as a nice transition shade on the lid for every day eye makeup.

I have hit the pan of this Bronzer and I am truly sad. This is one of the best bronzers I have ever used and definitely happy with this purchase and have ZERO regrets. Hoola is on the pricey said compared to a bronzer you can pick up at Clicks/ Dischem but lasts extremely long.
This blends so nicely on top of a foundation and gives you a lovely sun kissed skin. I also sometimes use it as a eye shadow.
Definitely a repurchase! And soon!

This bronzer is truly fantastic amazing indeed i even love the brush applicator its of a good quality i use this in winter and summer to get that sun kissed look.

I thought I knew all about bronzing, until I bought the Hoola bronzer! It's the perfect shade and consistency to easily and naturally give you that ohh laaa laa sun kissed look! I use it for bronzing as well as contouring and it works like a dream. The packaging is cute and the product lasts for ages!

Perfect for achieving a glowy, tanned look and for sculpting your face. It comes with a brush so application is effortless. The only issue I have with this product is the price. It definitely isn't student budget friendly so repurchasing, for me, only happens when I have a bit of extra cash on me in the month.

If I could choose to use one bronzer for the rest of my life, this would be it.
This is a cult product in the beauty industry for a reason. They even came out with a lighter version to suit more skin tones, although a darker version would be appreciated.
Blends like a dream - if you have harsh lines with this bronzer, you're definitely doing something wrong. The product is pricey but lasts a really long time.

It is so difficult to find a good contour shade that isn't too dark/light for POC. THIS IS IT. It is the perfect shade for a nose contour as well and blends out so easily. I have the mini and it's been going strong for a few months. I love it!

I am really enjoying this product.

It is blendable and buildable and actually pigmented AF. The color is just right for contouring - not too warm and not too cool.

It also lasts all day when applied over foundation and powder. It is pretty pricey, but you use so little at a time, so it will last you ages.

Definitely a big hit for me.

I have the Hoola Bronzer as well and love it. Like you said, it is difficult to find a bronzer without shimmer. I was specifically looking for one that was matte because I want to use it for contouring. It was R280 which is quite expensive. But you get a lot of bronzer (probably double the amount of the blush you can normally buy) so it will last you for a very long time.

I adore the packaging! It's colourful and fun - very different. I feel like i need to show it off! The bronzer itself is WONDERFUL! I have an olive skin tone and tan very easily, but i always have my face and neck covered up with a high SPF. Hoola is the best bronzer i've come across, it is so effective and looks so natural! My skin always looks so healthy and just simply glows! It is a little bit more expensive than other brands available, but because you only have to use such a small amount to get lasting results, you will find that it literally lasts AGES! Definately worth it for me, i would highly recommend this product.
