I used this conditioner while I was in the process of going blonde a few years ago and it saved my hair. It is not thick and heavy and won't weigh your hair down which as a fine and limp haired girl, I always deal with. However, it is effective enough that I would to this day still buy and use it. it is a lovely product that deeply moisturizes.
