It says on the bottle that you feel a tingly feeling on your skin, however I did not experience any tingling sensation. The product is best used with a sponge of some sort and they even recommend it on the bottle. The product is very soft on your skin and your skin is left feeling cool and soft. The product contains no 'sulphates, parabens or petrochemicals'. Great packaging with a very 'nifty' lid that is split in half and when you press down one half the other half pops up and the pouring hole appears. My favourtie thing about this product is how relevant and honest everything is that is printed on the bottle regarding how best to use it.
