I have very sensitive skin and have been suffering the affects of rosacea for 13 years now, almost everything exaserbates it but I was so relieved when my skin accepted the soothing effects of Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. This is a great dupe for Bioderma Sensibio which is quite expensive compared to Garnier so for price alone I give it a 5, hands down.
It feels very soothing but takes more than one cotton pad to remove all traces of makeup. I don't wear mascara so can't vouch on its efficacy with waterproof makeup but it also has a pore tightening effect.
Been using it for two years now and a 400ml bottle should last you well into 4 months depending on frequency. Already recommended it to my mom (normal to combination skin) she loves it as well.
