As you may have seen from previous reviews, I'm very particular on what kind of ingredients I put on my skin. Until the beginning of the 20th century, the skin was thought to be completely inert and impermeable to chemicals that might otherwise enter the body, however we now know many chemicals can get through the skin. This is why I love Gaia Organics so much! Their principle is: Do no harm to Humans, Animals and the Earth. This means that you won't find them on the Petroleum, Alcohol, Parabens and SLS bandwagon like the rest! Gaia uses the likes of pioneered Fruit Acids, Green Tea, Colloidal Silver, Copper, Zinc & Manganese and Kombucha in personal care products.

The Cell Regeneration cream has benefited me greatly! I spent my early 20's travelling with backpack and bikini through Europe and the America's. The results can be seen in my passport, and on my face! Endless hours of basking in the sun has finally come back to haunt me in my 30's. I use the Cell Regeneration cream as a night cream. A little bit goes a long way, and I can easily use two months on a tub.

I use to have dry and sun-spotted skin, but can confidently say that my skin looks good! Of course, there any many more factors that contribute to good skin. Plenty of raw vegetables, adequate amounts of water through the day, and one can never underestimate the value of a good multi-vitamin. If you are looking for a high quality, natural and effective product, I would strongly recommend Gaia Organic products, including the Cell Regeneration cream!

Great review ;-) I think it's a good idea for everyone to start paying attention to what we put on our skin! Thanks for sharing :)
