I liked this shampoo, I was able to wash my natural 4C afro with it and remove product build up. I think as a regular shampoo, it's still a bit too harsh but it's good if you use heavy styling products and need to thoroughly cleanse your hair and scalp. Loved the scent, it was fresh without being overpowering.
