Foundation Routine ft. Smash Box

Thank you to beauty bulletin for sending me the primer, I am absolutely in love with the light weight finish of this primer, I had almost given up on primers due to the feel of silicone on my skin. Alas a great primer exists! want some great tips on how to get a flawless foundation application? Are of Black origin and have tribal markings / scaring (imigcabo) that you want to hide.
