Hey all you lady's who struggles with nails, in particular nail growth and flimsy nails. I got a great tip from the hairdresser, she told me to get folic-acid for my hair growth. Not that it worked for me for my hair but my nails got very strong and grows fast. It is said to work on the folicals of your nails and hair, that is why it helps with growth.
