Exfoliac Facial Scrub

I found the gentle formula – although meant for younger skins – soothing & affordable.

I have purchased this scrub quite awhile ago and have been using it on/off. What attracted me is that it has both the mechanical (the scrubby beads) and the chemical (AHA acids) efoliation. I found this scrub quite intense especially if you have any type of sensitive skin. The beans themselves seem a bit too rough and scratchy. They are however dense and do a good job at exfoliating. I hate when scrubs have hardly any beads in a sea of gel. I do need at least two peas size for my face and neck.

After you did the scrubbing part of it, the AHA acids carry on exfoliating your dead skin cells after the scrub is washed off so you get a prolonged exfoliation which is good. I do find that because of that I still find a lot of flakes developing on my face afterwards which is not pretty under makeup. Overall I wasn't overly impressed by this scrub. The amount you get is also not a lot for the money. I don't think it is horrible but personally I wouldn't repurchase after I finish my tube.
