The Estee Lauder Pure Colour Eyeliner is absolutely incredible. When I first looked at it, I thought it was black, but it has a little bit of blue and it is the SEXIEST eyeliner EVER!!!
As stated it is deeply pigmented and it glides on smoothly, which is perfect because your eyes will pop in some type of way. Obviously applying on the inner rim of the eyes gives it an even better smouldering effect.
I absolutely love this and the fact that it is blue is even better.
