Whilst living in Russia, I couldn't get my nails done anymore, it was way too expensive at R1000 for a manicure!
I had to learn to do my own nails.
I bought essence, the cute nail polish bottles got my attention and I loved that it was gel.
I now have almost every color, not only does it look super pretty on my dressing table, its a great nail polish if you know how to use it correctly.
Don't apply a thick layer to your nails, rather apply two or three thin layers and use drying spray in-between paints so that it does not get sticky.
It will last upto one week without chipping if you use a regular top coat, longer if you use invest in a higher quality top coat like Sally Hansen or Essie - and I'm a girl who takes really long showers and swims often.
Finish off with a good cuticle oil.
On fake nails it dries instantly.
The Matt options look superb!
Get a few glitter options to add texture to color.
