I'v been wearing my cat eye and live by liquid/gel liners and I recently tried this product since it only cost about 50 bucks I figured i would drop my usual Revlon color stay liner for the Essence.
Pro's
super fine tip for precision liners
easy to us
does not smudge
quick dry (work fast when creating you line)
Con's
Dries out too fast!
Not as black (have to go over with a different liner to create the dark cat eye)
Even though the pro's out weigh the cons find that I still prefer using my previous liners. I feel like this liner is best used for beginners to create their outline before filing in the full eye. I do love the easy to use super fine tip but the quick dry out is a pet peeve for me.
I like it but if you are a beginner to the liquid liner this product would be perfect.
