The essence Quattro in emerald green has fantastic colour pay off and come at a reasonable price. Build on each other the deep pigments of the pallet can be used for a to create a dramatic smokey. The high colour pay off also blends well into eyebrows as a fill. All in all it’s a reasonably priced item I defiantly love..
