Another product from Essence and another one that I love.
I usually use a white liner in summer, just to open up the eye a little more and make it pop.
I use the white liner on the lower lid more, and although it does tend to flake a little, it's not like an insane amount and you can live with it (considering the price).
Great to make you seem more awake :)
