I was a bit skeptical about purchasing an eyeliner I haven't tried before as I didn't know what to expect, especially for this price.
Usually when things say waterproof it really isn't so I decided to put this liner to the test.
I love using eyeliner and application was super easy with this one with its sleek pen-like design. It was amazing to use and just glided perfectly and completed each look I decided to try.
It was indeed waterproof, sometimes when I yawned and my eyes teared up a bit the liner didn't smudge at all.
The fine tip makes cat eyes a breeze and also lining your inner eye to give it that extra cat-like pizazz.
This product is great, easy to use, easy to apply, perfect to carry for touch ups(though you won't need them) and super affordable.
