I must say the 1/4 moisturizing cream in this bar definitely proves its worth each time I use this . Skin is always left smooth and moisturized . I dont ever feel like my skin is dried out like when using some other types of soap bars .
This soap can be used on your face or body , they are a few different types available .
Prices are quite reasonable as well .

Dove is the best soap bar for most skin types however if you have combination or oily skin I would suggest you use another product as the 1/4 moisturizing cream might cause breakouts. Iv used this in my body and it is amazing despite it not working so well on my face. It leaves your skin feeling moisturised and luxuriously velvety in texture after use. The lather is cream like and now you can even get dove in a bigger soap bar!!!

Dove soap has been one of my family favourites for years and years.
It leaves the skin soft unlike many others that remove the moisture and leave the skin dry. It also has an added bonus of a subtle fresh scent , which I'm sure Dove users are familiar with as that scent is sort of their trademark. I've personally switched to liquid soap for hygienic reasons and that it something to consider as well.
I would recommend the soap to everyone that uses bar soaps as you will definitely love this!

Dove is such a good product. After using it for just a week I could already feel and see the difference. It's gentle on skin and leaves your skin feeling amazing and refreshed. The smell is not strong like other scented soaps on the shelves. It definitely doesn't harm your skin and lives up to its promises. Make sure to moisturise your skin for full results

Absolutely love this soap. I am not a fan of smelling super sweet and sickly after a shower/bath which eliminates LOADS of products, but this soap is incredible and it only leaves you feeling and smelling lovely and clean.

I'm not a fan of soap bars, in fact I cannot stand it, but I've heard so many good stuff about the dove cleansing bar, and decided to try it out for myself - just for facial cleansing though.. I was quite impressed, it had a pleasant smell, has a thick texture, and removes all grease from the face.. It's so gentle and soft, I didn't break out, and it toned down any acne which I did have.. I use this soap bar before using my daily face wash..

I normally would never put soap on my face unless it was designed for facial use! I've used Clinique and body shop facial soaps before and they were both gentle and effective! I saw a challenge recently where you would use dove for seven days and then take a bare faced selfie! I surprised myself with this one! This product is both thoroughly cleansing,lathers into a thick foaming lather and will not dry your skin out as i thought it might! My skin is soft cleansed and dry but not tight! So that means for me when i travel that i can eliminate lugging around excessive facial products! I wouldn't compromise though on day to day use and will continue with my usual regimen but at least i now know my skin wont suffer if i travel with just this for facial and body cleansing which is a major boon!

I naturally have dry skin. This soap helps keep my skin feeling soft and comfortable. I dont normally like using soaps, but this one really helps with dryness and sensitive skin. I use the dove bar on my face with no problems at all. Plus, it smells so pretty and clean, and will leave your bathroom smelling the same.

1) No other soap comes near the moisturising effect that this product have.
2) One of the very few bars that does not leave my dry skin drier and feeling like an invisible thread is pulling on it ;-).
3) It lasts long.
4) I love the smell. Cucumber is my favourite. Makes one smell good enough to eat ;-).
5) Just a pity that Dove tests their products on animals. They have such great products.

My dermatologist recommended I change to this soap after my eczema and pimples got really bad. Since using it, my eczema has settled down and the soap has had a softening effect on my body.
It's also a really good face moisturizer and cleanser. It reduced redness and dry patches on my face.

I have very sensitive skin so eventually with getting skins rashes on my body, and even on the sensitive areas I went to my GP who recommended I change my soap completely.
I only use the dove bar, as it is the safest and leaves my body feeling soft and moist.
The white is definitely the best out of the dove range as it has no colourants.

Dove beauty bars are so gentle, I think it was made with sensitive skin in mind.

Having a very sensitive skin, this has been the only bar soap I can use without my skin feeling tight and dry afterwards. I love the clean soft smell and I love the creamy rather it creates when used with a loofah. its perfect because its a moisturising bar..a beauty bar. And I use it on my face, to get rid of makeup and because its so gentle it works amazingly well

One of the best buys of all time. Incredibly cheap and with a 1/4 moisturising cream it does not strip your skin of vital oils. Even suitable for aggravated skin conditions that need gentle effective care.

The best bar by far! As all the previous ladies have mentioned, dove is in a class of its own! It does not feel like soap at all. For someone with sensitive skin like me, nothing works as well as dove. Excellent stuff!

I don't think I have met a single person who does not love dove. It smells greats and leaves your body feeling moisturized and soft. I have a few a allergies that do not allow me to use certain soaps. I tried dove out and it was so gentle on my skin and I did not react to it at all.

My love affair with all-things-Dove started with the white beauty bar. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin and I'm always trying the latest, greatest, revolutionary skincare treatment. When those inevitably cause me to break out even more, I would always come back to Dove. It's gentle on my skin and does what many of these other, more hyped products only claim to do. Only Dove is easier to use, of a higher quality and much cheaper. It's nice to have that one beauty product that you can always fall back on when other disappoint... not to mention the clean, distinctly Dove fragrance.

I LOVE Dove! I have been using Dove for years, and it's the only soap you will find in my home. I have eczema, and Dove works better than expensive soaps 'designed' for my skin type. My baby also has sensitive skin and I have never used any baby products, only Dove. She also had cradle cap at one stage and I washed her hair with Dove (normal bar soap) and the cradle cap was gone in 2 days! You can't go wrong with this product.

I think this is a great soap overall, the quarter moisturising lotion is a definite plus - it leaves your skin squeeky clean and moisturised! Great for dry, thirsty skin! The packaging is pure and simple & the shape of the soap bar fits perfectly into the palm of your hand. I agree with Maryanne about the snail trails, it does leave a bit of a mess to clean up. The scent is clean and refreshing, that lingers on your skin but is subtle enough not to interfere with my fragrances. With a great range of "flavours" available, Dove soaps are a cut above the rest!
