So it's a yes from me and here's why:
•It's very effective. Truly does keep your hair protected and maintain the moisture in your hair.
•Does not slip off while you're asleep. Just make sure you buy a fitting size because it does tend to stretch and you don't want to be left like me having to use an elastic tie to tighten the bonnet. It works either way so whatever rocks your boat.
•So comfortable to sleep in.
