I love these nail polishes :) they cheap and really worth it. They don't chip so easily and can go up to 3 or 4 days chip free. Really worth it. Plus these colours are quick drying, and only require one or two coats. The brush is also longer and wider which allows better and neater application :)
I absolutely love this to bits!!! It's cheap, it's got a wide range of beautiful colours and it's in a very pretty and nice-to-hold bottle. The new brush is just wonderful. It's wider which makes for quicker and easier application and, as promised, it does dry quickly. I also feel that it lasts a little longer than the previous formula, but maybe that's just me. My sister already bought 3 colours. I have a few I want too; just waiting for stock. Definitely a fantastic buy!
Essence has really outdone themselves with this amazing new Colour and go formula.
I found that the new brush, with the rounded edge, made it easier to apply a neater manicure especially around my cuticle area. The formula is thinner than the previous formula (I found the old formula was too thick to work with) and because of that, the layers dried much faster.
As for the "Gel finish", I didn't really notice any difference in the overall shine.
I really love the look and feel of the bottles. They are curvy and easy to handle when applying it to your nail. I am also really excited to share that the new bottles are 8ml where as the old bottles only contained 5ml of polish so you get more polish for the same price (R19.99 per bottle)
I am really excited to buy more polishes with the new formula and bottles. They have a really pretty nude selection that I have my eye on.
essence has the best nail colours - and they actually last long and the colour stays vibrant if a top coat and base coat is used. i used this as a base for one of my nail art tests. even by itself its a pretty cool colour, you have to do 2 or more coats for a full effect to take place though
I love it because when you apply it you get small, fine glitters that are fairly densely packed together so that you can easily “bedazzle” any existing nail colour that you like. I have tried other glitter nail varnishes, and the glitters are so scarce that I only end up with a few here and there. This Essence one is really great because just one coat will glitter up any nail colour, which is great since the holiday season is coming up soon.
This nail varnish is also made with a quick dry formula and with a flat brush for a smooth and easy application. The glitter does not feel gritty at all after application, which is great because it means that it doesn’t catch onto your clothes or hair, which can be really annoying.
