I use this every 2nd shower as I'm a true believer in the Q 10 lotion from Nivea as well.
I noticed an immediate difference in how my skin felt when applying. It seemed 'tight' but of course I was very sceptical, so I didnt wanna see the positive results.
So after 3 weeks of nice massaging with the gel, the tightness. All of this worked well with drinking lots of water as well.
