I've been using this for years, it is an exfoliator that they recomment you use before you use the self tan, however, I use this as a normal exfoliator.
Unlike most, the granules are big and do more exfoliation than the normal small granule ones. It has a cinnamon smell which is always nice and your skin feels so amazing afterwards, soft and moisturised even though you have not applied any cream.
I would recommend this to all woman, all colours even if you don't use a self tan
