Its so effective....i would compare it to the neutogena and sally hansen brands
I use an alcohol spray and hibitane several times a day and i own several tubes of hand cream
My skin gets so abused it actually flakes off
This not only smells great it sinks in completely ....u can even feel a film.of it on when u wash your hands
Im planning to buy more
