This improves skin tone, improve circulation and prevents in grown hairs. Perfect for winter to improve blood circulation and exfoliate all the dead skin. It is rather abrasive so I use it every second day but after the first usage I my skin felt smoother and i didn’t feel as cold after getting out of the shower because of the improved blood circulation. This sponge offers better exfoliation than the gel or cream exfoliater. I will never look at my loofah the same again :) plus i love that it lasts forever without losing it's shape or mould.
