The wand is the perfect size as it's not too big even for the smallest of lashes(like mine) but it's just right to give your lashes lots of volume. The mascara is not dry and not runny but the perfect moisture to apply to your lashes with out risk of it smudging on your eye lids. It's also long lasting. I give it 90%
