Avon Far Away Gold

I received this as a gifted four years ago .. i must admit i was skeptic about this perfume, but in the end i fell inlove with this perfume. it smells so great on me. i still have my perfume bottle its just empty.

I personally feel that this product is more for the older, mature woman.
It has quite a dominant fragrance.
If you don't like an oriental scent, I would not recommend this.

The packaging is really high quality and scent lasts a few hours.

This was the least of my faves. It was absolutely long lasting and gave me a hint of the original Faraway with a little something extra, however I struggled to love it as much as my other 2. I did get compliments on it by people who like scents that are simultaneously rich and oriental.

Bought this one on a whim and after using it for the first time I gave it away to my older cousin..she appreciates mature scents whilst I prefer young and vibrant ones ..I wouldn't say that I dislike it altogether,I'm just not a fan of Oriental fragrances.

I would like to give this fragrance a thumbs up for longevity though,it lasts and lasts ..

So if you like mature ,Oriental fragrances..this one's for you.

I'll be brutally honest and admit that I disliked this fragrance from the word go. Maybe it's because I disliked the bottle and therefore judged its' gold and black cover, or maybe it's because my first impression of the scent didn't sit quite well with me. However, all in all, by the end of my week of testing, this #AvonBeScentSational scent had grown on me. @avonsouthfrica Far Away Gold is meant for those mystical adventures out of the busy city. A combination of rich Moheli ylang, tantalizing Indian jasmine and hypnotic Madagascar vanilla, why wouldn't you want to pack this in your travel bag ?
