I bought mine from the lets talk brochure when i was a rep so paid a really good price! It has a whipped mousse like consistency and fairly easy to apply. It goes on smoothly and turns to powder once dried, its very light weight so a pleasure to wear, keeps eyeshadow put and controls the oiliness on my eyelids very nicely! Over all a very good quality affordable product.
