This is a very affordable eye pencil from Avon colortrend. Its super smooth and soft texture makes for great application. It practically glides on. The colors are richly pigmented and make my eye pop. I have a gorgeous sparking green shade that is my current favourite. I wouldn't say that it lasts all day, but for the price and quality it's still worth it.
