The Avon Ultra Colour Bold Lipstick in Ruby shock was nice, but not my favourite. The colour was great, not quite as BOLD as I would have expected, and did not last very long. It went on smoothly and did need a second application later in the day. The price is fantastic, and the packaging was very appealing. I was not very fond of the matte finish so I added a bit of gloss on top of it. I think for the price it is a good quality lipstick, but I would rather stick to my original lipstick.
The Big & Daring Mascara in Black was a winner!! I still prefer Avon's Mega Effects Mascara, but for this price, the mascara is fantastic! The brush is perfectly curved and is the best brush I have ever used. It did lengthen the lashes and added more volume. It lasted all day and did not make my eyes feel "heavy". For that price, I would definitely buy this mascara again!!!!!
