Product Launch: INOAR Professional

Having been an associate of Beauty Bulletin for quite some time I had often heard about these wonderful events that take place to launch or showcase new and innovative beauty products. So as the newly appointed Johannesburg Representative you can imagine my excitement when I was invited to the launch of some of the new products in the INOAR Professional range. I was more than intrigued and keen to learn more about INOAR, a company recently declared the “Breakthrough Company of the Year”.

Not only was I invited to receive a wonderful array of INOAR products, I was also invited to fill myself with the absolute delights of Perron, my favourite Mexican restaurant with the best frozen margaritas in town! It just doesn’t feel like work when you’re indulging in delights in the middle of the day, and INOAR made sure we were suitably indulged.

A long table of industry professionals kept the conversation interesting. We all dug into our bag of delights and were soon deciding what product was our personal favourite.

Karen from INOAR introduced us to the two Argan based hair sprays. The INOAR Argan Hair Spray that hydrates while fixing and shaping the hair naturally. This spray is great for those little frizzy bits that usually don’t like to listen. I also love the feature that allows you to brush this spray out of your hair without needing to wash.

Karen also introduced the INOAR Argan Hair Shine Spray which is my personal favourite. The benefits of the Argan oil and vitamin E based spray are that after use your hair has so much more shine and quite a spectacular look without the usual side effect of weighing down your hair. The exceptionally pleasant and really natural fragrance begun to float around the table as the girls tested and fell in love with this product.

The blondes and glamorous greys at the table were really excited to get products from the INOAR Absolut Speed Blonde range known as the “Yellow eliminator” as it corrects hair tone and avoids decolouration. This range includes a Shampoo, Conditioner and Mask and is also Argan Oil based.

In between the chatter the waiters and waitresses ensured my margarita glass was never empty and just never stopped bringing out the most delicious food, including my personal favourite, the Fish Tacos. It was hard sometimes tell whether people were Ooh’ing and Aah’ing about the food or the products.

Last item in my bag was a full size set of Shampoo and Conditioner from the INOAR Absolut DayMoist range. A synergic complex of Cornstarch and Beet extract works its magic and is a perfect combination to combat the upcoming dry Jozi winter. This range also has mask which helps recover hair elasticity, makes combing easy and is great for those who like to use hair dryers and flat irons, which is most of us girls these days!

Later that evening while sitting on my couch, still thinking about Perron’s I scream, You scream vanilla bean and dulce de leche ice cream served with shavings of dark chocolate and peanut brittle, I unpacked my bag of goodies again and was delighted to find a voucher for an INOAR Treatment of my choice at the new Sorbet Drybar in the Killarney Mall. So many treats in one day!

A big thanks to INOAR, Perron and bushtelegraph publicity for making my very first product launch something to remember!
