I think it's a great toothpaste if you want something that freshens the breathe and keeps it fresher for longer, however as gentle as it is on my enamel, is it quite harsh on my lips (maybe they just sensitive, idk).
I had an opportunity to try the Aquafresh Pure White Toothpaste and I liked the Tingling mint taste better than the soft mint.
Unfortunately both toothpaste made my inner mouth peel including my gums so I had to stop using the products all together since I tried to reduce the usage.
So would I recommend it? Yes I would, it may be harsh to me but it might not be, for someone else.
