The tingling mint flavour I found to be more adament in freshening the breath with a lasting sensation of the minty scent as if it lingers in your mouth which is perfect if you're someone who struggles with bad breath. However it does provide the exact same results as the Soft Mint, where my enamel was protected and assisted with stain removal, my teeth only appeared slightly whiter within the last week of trialing the product (week 4) .
