What I particularly enjoy about this toothpaste is it's emphasis on gentleness, it freshened my breathe while not being too harsh on my enamel, tongue and skin... however I must say I'd didn't particularly benefit from a whiter smile as I felt that this toothpaste didn't whiten my smile as much as I expected it to.
