I have a lot of hair and it is thick,each time I retouched my hair it did not come out right ,I have been using the dark lovely as it was the better choice for my type of hair, but the alma did the wonders and my hair came out soft ,shiny and gentle to touch.The only problem is it burns fast and you have to apply the relaxer fast
