VIP Member Product Review for February.

I was given the opportunity to review two of Ahava's hand cream products. I am incredibly fond of the Ahava Mineral Hands Cream, as it is an extremely effective hand cream and smells divine.

I am a habitual hand cream user, and therefore well acquainted with horribly disappointing as well as remarkably effective hand creams. So these products were a perfect match.

The second product, Ahava Dermud Dry Skin Treatment, Intensive Nourishing Hand Cream, was also an effective hand cream. As it is formulated for dry skin it is a little greasy and takes a while to absorb, but because of this it moisturizes very effectively. I would suggest applying this product just as you are getting into bed. It's the prefect time to benefit from the product, as you don't need to use your hands as much and it gives the product time to soak in properly.

I am also a bit dissapointed with the products scent. It smells a lot like sunscreen. Not the most enticing scent.. The Ahava products are quite expensive. Various sites have listed prices from R345 to R380 for a 125ml product.
