Accessorize Glitter Eyeliner is a transparent gel full of glitter to add a sparkle to your eyes. This eyeliner is an easy-to-use, controllable glitter formula that works over eyeshadow or alone. I love that the glitter is consistent in texture so you get a really wonderful even stroke.
Start off with a light stroke or layer for a more dramatic evening or party look.
Quick tip: Line a thin layer of glitter just above your false lash strip on your upper lash line to give your eyes a hint of sexy sparkle ;)
