When I received this serum in my parcel from BB, I did an ecstatic little happy dance! I have heard such great things about Lancôme's range of products, but had not been able to put them to the test myself, as I they are a bit beyond my budget.
The packaging is beautiful! It is presented in a gold coloured glass bottle, with a stopper. The only hassle there is if you don't put the stopper in tight enough and pick it up from the stopper next time, it will go crashing to the floor. So if I have one complaint about this product, it would be to swop the glass bottle for plastic. I know it looks beautiful, but it just isn't practical for travelling, and if you are a klutz like me, you might just be scraping your serum off the floor. Thank goodness, that hasn't happened yet, but I have had one or two near misses.
What they say: The product contains citrus and camellia oils for radiant, firm, more comfortable skin
What I found: The product feels silky to the touch and is absorbed instantly. The formula must contain some light reflecting particles, as skin looks instantly improved and radiant, but there is no greasy residue. I also love the scent of this serum, it sommer smells luxurious! I have been using this product for about a month and I can definitely say that I see a significant improvement in the texture of my skin. I had some uneven skin texture on my chin after some PMS pimples and this has completely disappeared. I have had compliments about my skin "glowing", so I definitely can give this serum the big thumbs up! My only sadness is that there is no ways I will be able to re-purchase unless I win the Lotto, as this little beauty comes with the hefty price tag of R1795 - eeek!
