This eyeliner is a beauty enthusiast staple! A must have for anyone looking for a creamy, pigmented gel eyeliner that dries down perfectly matte. A warning for first-time purchasers - work with caution with this liner because it will NOT budge once it dries down!
It's my favourite amongst gel liners.
I wouldn't advise buying this without buying the Duraline solution as well because the liner does dry out, but it performs so well that you don't even mind it!

I love this gel liner applied with an RT eyeliner brush. The no.77 dries down super matte, super black and does not budge. It is perfect for any kind of eye makeup look and every girl needs this in their makeup bag. I've been using it for a year now and I haven't even made a dent in it.
