Essence Nail Candies

I bought the color soda pop & candy shop its a really light soft pink with a slight shimmer to it. These polishes are designed to give you 6 benefits from 1 polish .
As per the bottle they are designed to :
*hardening
*protecting
*ridge filling
*fast drying
*fruity scented
*high gloss finish

Polish lasts quite long and is not very expensive , colors are quite light though .

I love nail polish so much, I intend to buy every colour soon before it's sold out!

It claims to: harden and protect your nails, fill ridges, dry fast AND have a fruity scent with a high gloss finish.

I'm not sure about filling ridges, but my nails definitely feel stronger and harder than before and I LOVE how my nails smell like candy when I'm waiting for them to dry.

Only downside is that the colours on the bottles are deceiving. You might see light pink, but on your nails, if you apply two coats, you'll end up with a whitish pink instead. Not really an issue for me though, as I love the natural look.

I love the idea of this product, but I just wish that the colours were a little more intense. You can pretty much choose any colour as they all look the same once applied, unless you put lots of coats on.

That being said, although the colour is not very intense, it does leave your nails looking healthy. As for it being able to do all the things it claims to do, I cannot say for sure that it does, but I used it after my nails were damaged from acrylic nails and it kept them happy while they grew out.

Must say, this is such a lovely product! I definitely want to buy some of the other shades. Dries quickly, it is extremely easy to apply, and leave an absolutely stunning simple manicured look - nothing extreme, sheer and pretty - very slight and soft shimmer to it, too. Your nails look cared for and maintained. I would definitely recommend this. Wonderful for when you want to give your nails a break, but still have them cared for and have something on your nails. The only thing I am not really a huge fan of is the smell, but it is not a particularly prominent one or anything, just not as fresh and fruity as they claim. It goes away quickly though.

The Mint color has to be my favourite it lasts quite some time and the color is beautiful.

So firstly no matter how many coats of this polish you apply, your nails are going to have a soft sheer pastel shade. It is a lot like a clear top coat with a light pastel tint. The shade 05 sugar pie, honey bunch is a very light lilac shade which I really love. I use these nail candies on my nails during my "recovery" days where I don't want to use bright vibrant colours. It is definitely a quick drying polish and lives up to the 6 benefits in one. It has a gorgeous scent, and the bottle forgot to mention that nails have a slight and light shimmer which can be seen in natural light.
