I love this compact powder. The shade I have it in matches my skin perfectly. I love the fact that it melts and blends into my skin perfectly leaving my normally oily skin matte. It also covers up my spots and blemishes, and doesn't cake like most powders ive used before. When I need more coverage I use this with my concealer or foundation and the outcome is still good.I always get compliments whenever I'm wearing this powder, makes my skin look even better .What I love the most is that it's good for those days I'm in a hurry and don't have enough time to go through my full makeup routine.I just apply this and then I'm good to go.This baby has made my dreams of flawless skin come true.It comes in 14 shades and available in drugstores and other stores nationwide.I definitely recommend this

Honestly, for the price of this foundation (R165) I was not expecting a whole lot from it. Yes, Revlon is known for their awesome foundations but I have always been sceptical about this 'your skin but better' trend. I do not have acne or scarring and my skin is normal/dry so its not like I really need a full coverage foundation but I have always just been very sparing and light handed when applying my foundation. Just let me tell you though, this foundation is amazing! it is exactly as Revlon describe it! Light, beautiful blending in as well as buildable coverage! Perfect for summer, I have been using it all season long and it lasts all day! No primer at all, I just moisturise apply with my fingers and blend in with a flat top kabuki brush then apply a bit of the Revlon Nearly Naked setting powder with a light hand. I am on my second bottle now and will continue to repurchase as my Holy Grail Foundation.

So I'm a huge Revlon Fan and I've never ever had a problem with any Revlon product, however when I first tried the Revlon Nearly Naked foundation, I'm really not sure what happened.

So I'm a toast in all Revlon foundations, however a few weeks ago I tried the Nearly Naked in Toast and my skin looked oily and completely fake and unnatural, I was so horrified that I just never thought I'd bother to try the product again. (I have previously reviewed the product)

Luckily Revlon South Africa sent me a box of products to review and I noticed that they had sent a Nearly Naked in Medium Beige. The colour is around 4 or 5 shades lighter than my usual foundation but since I got a chance to review it, I decided to try it out.

When I applied the foundation to my skin it was exactly the way I had applied it the first time, I used a little bit of foundation and less moisturiser before the application. I noticed that my skin was still a bit oily, however this time the foundation looked more natural than the last, which I found strange because normally I wouldn't change shades to get a more natural look and I haven't changed my skin tone.

So I do apologise if I slammed the Revlon Nearly Naked but I was being honest and that is true that I had a completely horrible experience with the foundation, unfortunately. The good news is that I solved the way to keep the oiliness away, I've used the powder which comes in the Nearly Naked range which prevented the caking look.

So my new views about the product. Uhm check the shade you choose? It could be that the regular Revlon Foundation just doesn't work out in the whole Nearly Naked range, but hey I still think it's pretty hard finding the exact shade if you're in a hurry and bedsides not all the stores I've seen this foundation in even have the colour you're going to be looking for.

Other than that I noticed that the foundation gave an okay coverage, with the powder it had a better coverage, however I wasn't a fan of the bottle, mainly because the bottle was slightly long and didn't have any way to take out the foundation (no mixing stick on the cap or pump) so I guess that could be a bit of a problem unless you don't mind tipping over the bottle each time to apply it.

My cousin and I normally share our latest make up with each other to see if we should purchase it. This is one of the products she said she would try first, however the day she purchased it we were together and I also tried it out with her. So the foundation is actually meant to give you a good coverage without the heavy feeling and make you look natural.

I wished. The product gave me an oily look which I hated and even though it was the right colour of my skin, after a while it didn't look very natural on me. And things couldn't get any worse, but it apparently did, to solve the oily problem I applied translucent powder on my face to control the oiliness, this just made the foundation cake up and look patchy.

I really didn't have a great experience with this product and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody who wants flawless make up unless you're willing to turn yourself into a "human tester" trying to get the correct shade of foundation and perfecting it all in one night, because its seriously a mission.

I cannot even begin to tell you how long I have been waiting for Revlon to release this foundation in South Africa. International bloggers have all been raving about how amazing this foundation is.

It comes in 8 shades, and also has a pressed powder that goes along with this liquid foundation

I absolutely love this foundation. I have been using it everyday for about a week now.
It goes on super smooth, blends out nicely and doesn't leave your skin looking cakey. I like how light coverage it is and feels breathable on your skin. It is best for those with normal skin types that don't break out and just need an even looking skin tone. It works perfectly for me as I use BB creams most of the time. For my skin, this product helped to correct redness. It did not conceal any dark spots or acne scars although it did help weaken the look of imperfections.
It contains SPF 20

As for staying power, it lasted 4-6 hours before I saw it fading.

I would definitely recommend this foundation to all those people that love their trusted BB creams and love light foundations
