It has a rich vanilla scent to it with a touch of Floral Fruitiness. Gorgeous in Black is more of a "grown up" spray from it's original/first body spray in the purple bottle. It's strong and more sophisticated if I may say, bring out are more sexy, mature side to females; not so much playful as the first gorgeous spray. It's great for the night or even day but I'd recommend the original gorgeous (purple) for the day time. It's also great for autumn/winter but can be use in spring/summer. Like all body sprays, this one too doesn't last long but the scent you get in a moment is worth the purchase.
