I started taking vital because it contained everything I needed in 1 capsule. I remember to take it and I have no issues taking it because its now effort. It has no negative after taste or effects on me.
Its very gentle on my tummy and celated iron helps with digestion and reduces the risk of constipation. I need all the iron I can get and the vitamin gives me that boost so I wake up less tired in the morning. Im ready to get my eldest ready for school and prepare for work.

I am a new user but would definitely recommend this to new moms and momstobe. I am still using it and will continue into my postpartum journey. The longer I use this the better it works and thats what I am so excited about. More strength and endurance!
