I started using the vital pregnancy plus supplements because post partum fatigue was dealing with me so I decided to incorporate it after my first meal of the day. Don’t have it on an empty stomach please, you will regret that decision coz it has a fishy smell and that’s all you’ll burp.
I personally loved the fact that it’s a 3 in 1 especially coz the other pregnancy supplements have too many pills and sometimes that’s too much especially for people who don’t like taking big pills.
I loved what the product did to my hair and nails guys, i don’t know but my hair was going through it hey and after using it was much stronger and healthier and my nails didn’t break anymore. I have been using the product for about 3 weeks but I’m happy that it helped my hair even though I didn’t use it for that.
I honestly didn’t experience any issues with taking the pill, no discomforts or anything, just that the fishy smell can be a bit otherwise especially if you don’t like fish, but omega is good for baby’s brain development so it’s ok.
I feel Pregnancy plus took care of my hair and the strength of my nails which didn’t happen during the other supplements, and I tried quite a few. Interms of energy I don’t think it did what I had expected it to do

I would definitely recommend this product because it’s 1 product containing all the necessary vitamins and nutrients for you and you baby.
