I started using this product as I wanted to make sure I was getting sufficient nutrients after birth.
I’ve been using it daily for about a month taking it with breakfast everyday. The biggest difference I have found is it has helped my brain fog that I’ve been struggling with.
My only concern was the taste was overwhelmingly fishy. But at least the capsule size is manageable and it was easy to digest.
My main reason to suggest this to friends would be because it’s one pill vs 3 (like other supplements)
