I'm glad that this only requires me tontake one a day because I'm not a fan of multiple tablets especially when pregnant. The capsule aslo does not leave any after taste which is great. The energy boost it gives is fantastic especially now that I'm working out more and my baby is getting heavier to lift. Gentle on the tummy, doesn't leave you irritated, and loaded with benefits. Definitely a must try for mamas out there 💯
